Aluphoenix Srl is an Italian company into the world of aluminium refineries.
Born from the initiative of a pool of promoters with forty years of experience in the production of light alloys and of highly trained employees in the aluminium, magnesium and in the melting processes in shell, sand and die casting.

Quality product and service
Aluphoenix produces aluminium alloys in high grade ingots for cast iron foundry. The Aluphoenix plant allow the production of ingots from 6. 5 to 7. 5 kg (average 7 kg) with a thickness of 50 mm and a length of 680 mm. The low thickness and weight allow an easy grip both manually and through automated clamps.
QUALITY
A good reason to choose us
The decades-long refining know-how and the innovative characteristics of the plant allow to obtain finely de-gassed ingots free of both intra-crystalline oxidation and foams and/or skins in the free solidification part. The absence of gas and intra-crystalline oxidation is evident from the absence of blisters in the polished sections of the ingots and from the fine grain in the break-proof sections of the ingots.
